Kesya International Pvt. Ltd. provides manufacturer warranty coverage on major mechanical and motor components according to the specific machine model terms:

• Warranty Scope: Covers manufacturing defects in motors, gears, and structural frames. Does not cover wear and tear of consumable dies, rubber components, electrical voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.
• Technical Guidance: Video demo assistance and technical installation guidance are provided by our senior engineering staff. On-site engineer visits are available subject to travel arrangements.
